Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Take and input orders accurately using the POS system; coordinate with kitchen and bartenders.
• Upsell daily specials, desserts, beverages, and wine pairings to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area; assist with dishes as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
