Qualifications

• 2+ years of previous upscale and fine-dining service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of wine and spirits is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and input into POS.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and according to standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area and assist with dishwashing as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers for smooth operations.
• Promote specials and upsell to enhance the guest experience.
• Adhere to health, safety, and alcohol-service policies.
