Job summary

Cunningham Restaurant Group is seeking a Server for its Modita concept in Indianapolis, IN. You will provide warm hospitality, take and input orders, and ensure timely service while maintaining a clean dining area in a fast-paced setting.

Experience in upscale dining is preferred; strong communication and teamwork are essential. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays across shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous upscale dining service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high level of service excellence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of wine and spirits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with menu selections.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input into the POS system.
• Serve orders promptly with presentation standards in mind.
• Maintain clean, organized dining areas and assist with dishwashing as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other servers for smooth service.
• Upsell daily specials, desserts, and beverages to enhance the guest experience.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies.
