Qualifications

• Knowledge of wine and spirits is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide detailed information about menus and offerings.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly according to presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area and assist with dishwashing as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth operations.
• Upsell daily specials, desserts, and beverages to enhance the guest experience.
