Job summary

Cunningham Restaurant Group (CRG) is seeking a part-time Server for Stone Creek in Plainfield, IN. You will deliver exceptional customer service, take accurate orders, and serve food and drinks while maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area.

Responsibilities include upselling, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required; non-exempt with overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• Previous upscale dining service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of wine and spirits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming dining experience.
• Accurately take and input food and beverage orders into the POS.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly following presentation standards.
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas and assist with dishwashing as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bartenders, and fellow servers for smooth service.
• Promote daily specials, desserts, and beverages to boost sales.
• Adhere to health, safety, and alcohol service policies and handle transactions securely.
