Responsibilities include upselling daily specials, coordinating with the kitchen and bar, and maintaining a clean dining area. Prior upscale dining and wine knowledge are a plus; evenings, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Upscale dining service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input into the POS system.
• Serve courses and beverages promptly, following presentation standards.
• Assist with tableside service, wine presentations, and upselling opportunities.
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized dining area before and after service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and bartenders for smooth operations.
• Adhere to health, safety, and alcohol service policies.
