Farina Restaurant Group is seeking professional and personable Restaurant Servers to join our upscale, newly remodeled dining room in Valparaiso, Indiana. You will be the face of the restaurant, delivering high‑quality service and helping guests create memorable experiences.

Responsibilities include presenting menus, describing specials, taking and serving orders, addressing questions, and collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to maintain a smooth dining flow.

Qualifications

• Experience in upscale or fine dining required.
• Wine knowledge preferred.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety in a dining setting.
• Patient, courteous, and customer-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tables with sanitation and order in mind.
• Attend to customers upon entrance and seating.
• Present menus, describe items, and highlight specials.
• Take and serve orders accurately.
• Answer questions and recommend wine/beverage options.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen/bar staff for a strong team.
• Handle complaints positively and escalate to management when needed.
• Issue bills and accept payment.
