Job summary

Cunningham Restaurant Group (CRG) is seeking a Server for Commission Row in Indianapolis. You will deliver exceptional service, take orders, pour and present beverages, and maintain a clean dining environment.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of upscale dining experience, strong communication, and wine knowledge, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. OT may apply for non-exempt status.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of upscale and fine-dining service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and service excellence.
• Ability to work in fast-paced/high-pressure environments.

• Knowledge of wine and spirits required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Take accurate orders and input into POS system.
• Serve and present food and beverages per standards.
• Assist with wine service, courses, and upselling.
• Maintain clean, stocked dining area and tables.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff.
• Uphold health, safety, and alcohol-service policies.
