Dear Olivia Bar and Kitchen in South Florida is seeking experienced servers to deliver attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service in a fast‑paced, high‑volume dining room. You will guide guests through the menu, make thoughtful recommendations, and contribute to a memorable dining experience.

You will upsell cocktails and wines, collaborate with a cohesive team, and uphold food safety and service standards while maintaining a polished, welcoming presence with every guest interaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of serving in a high-volume dining environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail pairings.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for hospitality.
• Polished appearance, positive attitude, and ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and prioritization in a fast-paced setting.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compliance with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
• Food handler and alcohol service certifications are required or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, guide them through the menu, and make personal recommendations.
• Provide attentive, efficient service and ensure guest satisfaction throughout dining.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, relay to kitchen/bar, and deliver promptly.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and daily specials.
• Upsell menu items, cocktails, and wines to enhance the guest experience and drive sales.
• Handle guest inquiries and dietary restrictions with professionalism.
