Beauport Hospitality Group is seeking a professional Server for Rail Stop Restaurant & Bar. You will describe menu items, suggest pairings, and ensure guest satisfaction from greeting to checkout.

The role requires at least two years in an upscale full-service setting, TIPS certification, and the ability to stand for long periods while lifting items safely. Join a team that values hospitality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Full-Service, Upscale Restaurant.
• TIPS Certification required.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to upsell menu items.
• Knowledge of food & beverage service.
• Strong communication skills in English; a second language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and create a memorable first impression.
• Provide detailed menu descriptions and take accurate orders.
• Check in with guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Make recommendations for wines, beers, and cocktails.
• Handle payments with proper cash handling procedures.
• Communicate daily specials and signature items to guests.
• Complete opening and closing side work and cleaning duties.
• Attend daily staff and departmental trainings.
