Job summary

Major Food Brand in Miami seeks a guest-focused server to provide top-tier food and wine knowledge and friendly service. You will greet guests, participate in daily tastings, and utilize suggestive selling to enhance experiences.

You’ll set up stations before service, assist in clearing and resetting tables, maintain clean tableware and serving equipment, and support front and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth dining operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service is helpful

Responsibilities

• Food and wine knowledge/service
• Use suggestive selling technique for food and beverage
• Attend daily pre-meal tasting
• Ensure friendly greeting to all guests
• Set-up station and tables prior to service
• Assist in clearing and set-up of tables during service
• Maintains tableware cleanliness and placement
• Completes side duties
• Maintain proper care and cleanliness of tableware, serving equipment and service areas (front and back of house)
• Maintain positive communication with service personnel
