Job summary

Cooper's Hawk is seeking a friendly Server for Piccolo Buco by Cooper’s Hawk to create a warm, memorable guest experience. You’ll educate guests on menu items, wines, and our Wine Club while delivering attentive, team-driven service.

You’ll work with bartenders and hosts to ensure timely food delivery, upsell Wine Club memberships, and uphold beverage/service standards in a full‑service, upscale casual setting. Flexible schedules and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 6 months of server experience required.
• Experience in a full-service, upscale casual restaurant or equivalent service environment preferred.
• Must be comfortable educating guests on the Wine Club and inviting them to join.
• Hospitality-focused, team-based, able to read/write English.
• Able to multi-task and stand/walk for long periods; lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and answer questions about food, wine, and facilities.
• Maintain knowledge of Piccolo Buco by Cooper’s Hawk menus and steps of service.
• Educate guests on the Wine Club and rewards; invite participation to grow membership.
• Communicate with bartenders, hosts, and runners to deliver memorable service.
• Support other roles as needed, ensure clean, organized work area, handle cash and POS per standards.
