Job summary

Kona Grill in Phoenix is seeking a server to deliver exceptional, guest-centered service in an upscale dining environment. You will guide guests through menu selections, make expert recommendations, and ensure a memorable dining experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities include accurate order taking, timely delivery, POS entry, and maintaining a pristine service area while collaborating with teammates. Prior experience in high-volume dining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, upscale dining is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails with a hospitality focus.
• Excellent communication and guest-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience.
• Provide detailed menu, specials, and beverage knowledge.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly with correct presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
• Assist teammates to maintain smooth service flow.
• Perform opening and closing side work as assigned.
