THE ONE GROUP is seeking a server to deliver an exceptional dining experience at our flagship venue. You will welcome guests, present menu options, and help guests choose perfect pairings while maintaining a high-energy, guest-first atmosphere.

Ideal candidates will have experience in busy, upscale settings, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask during peak hours. Flexible scheduling includes nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience serving in a high-volume, upscale dining environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails with a hospitality focus.
• Ability to multitask, stay composed under pressure, and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience.
• Provide menu knowledge, including specials and beverage pairings.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system and deliver promptly.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
• Support teammates to maintain smooth service and finish with polished side-work.
