STK Scottsdale is seeking a professional Server to deliver exceptional service in an upscale dining atmosphere. You will anticipate guest needs, provide expert menu recommendations, and ensure a memorable experience from arrival to departure.

Ideal candidates will have experience in high-volume settings, strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a guest-first attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume, upscale dining preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails; hospitality-focused.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and maintain guest-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience.
• Provide detailed knowledge of menu, specials, and beverage pairings.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly with correct presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
• Assist teammates to maintain smooth service flow and assist with opening/closing duties.
