Job summary

Culinour, a specialty company of Phoenix3 Collective, seeks a Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will greet guests, describe menus, take accurate orders, and enter them into the POS system.

Serve meals and beverages promptly, coordinate with kitchen/bar teams, maintain clean dining areas, and uphold health and sanitation standards. You will handle payments, balance cash at the end of shifts, and support teammates as needed to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, describe items and specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter into POS.
• Serve meals and drinks in a timely, professional manner.
• Anticipate needs and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for accurate order delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Process payments and balance checks at shift end.
• Assist teammates with setup, clearing, and restocking.
