Job summary

The Park is seeking exceptional servers to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL. This part-time position at The House concept within The Park West Palm Golf Course offers an opportunity to provide attentive service and menu expertise in a coastal American cuisine setting.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of high-volume serving experience, strong communication, and a passion for hospitality. You’ll work with a driven team in a fast-paced environment, with open availability including

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience serving in a high-volume hospitality establishment.
• Confident speaking skills and menu pairing aptitudes.
• Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greeting seated guests in a timely manner and following service standards.
• Guide guests through the dining process using menu knowledge and upselling.
• Taking and delivering orders using Toast Handheld POS device.
• Maintaining table cleanliness and pre-bussing for quick turnover.
• Performing wine service tableside for bottle purchases.
• Staying up to date with food knowledge and allergy information.
• Issuing bills and processing transactions via Toast.
• Following shift side work and closing procedures.
• Assisting team with resetting the restaurant for the next service.
