Job summary

THE PARK in West Palm Beach is seeking exceptional part-time support staff for a popular restaurant concept. The role involves collaborating with the Chef to ensure orders are accurate, delivering dishes with proper garnishes, and maintaining a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

The position requires at least 1 year of high-volume hospitality experience, open availability including nights and weekends, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a high-volume hospitality role.
• Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Proven track record of working as part of a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Chef to ensure order accuracy before leaving the line.
• Place garnishes correctly and deliver dishes to guests at the right table/seat.
• Use the "full hands in, full hands out" method during service.
• Empty bus bins in the dish area and keep it clean during peak times.
• Polish and restock glassware and silverware to assigned areas as needed.
• Empty trash for various departments when required.
• Assist the team with resetting the restaurant to maintain the venue atmosphere.
