Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Positive attitude with ownership of the position.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication.
• Punctual and reliable, team-focused.
• Experience in a full-service upscale high-volume establishment preferred.
• Must pass product/job knowledge quizzes.
• Desire to learn and grow within the restaurant.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, and craft cocktails.
• Understanding of classic food and wine service, pairings, and service ware.
• TABC Certification and state/local compliance for service.

Responsibilities

• Uphold a high level of hospitality and professionalism with every guest and team member.
• Maintain knowledge of all offerings, including ingredients and dietary restrictions.
• Follow steps of service with consistency and attention to detail.
• Execute opening and closing procedures for the station.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with the team for a seamless service.
• Create memorable guest experiences and attend to guest needs.
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care, accommodating requests when possible.
• Participate in ongoing wine, food, and team training opportunities.
