Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass product knowledge quizzes.
• Positively engaged, responsible, and reliable with strong punctuality.
• Detail-oriented with clear communication and teamwork.
• Experience in upscale, high-volume full-service.
• Wine, beer, and craft cocktail knowledge; passion encouraged.
• TABC and state-required food/alcohol service certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide thoughtful food and beverage service with hospitality.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, ingredients, and dietary needs.
• Follow steps of service with accuracy.
• Open/close assigned station; ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with team for seamless service.
