Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Experience in a full-service upscale high-volume setting.
• Require quizzes on product knowledge.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, and craft cocktails.
• Understanding of classic food and wine service.

Responsibilities

• Uphold a high level of hospitality and professionalism with every guest and team member.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all offerings to confidently answer questions.
