Job summary

Hudson House Southlake is seeking a server to deliver thoughtful, attentive service with genuine hospitality. You will move with purpose, anticipate guest needs, and contribute to a high-touch dining experience in an upscale setting.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year of high-volume service experience, strong communication, and a passion for wine, beer, and craft cocktails. Training and development are emphasized, with a supportive team culture and dining discounts offered.

Qualifications

Minimum 18 years old.
Experience in a full-service upscale high-volume setting.
Require quizzes on product knowledge.
Knowledge of wine, beer, and craft cocktails.
Understanding of classic food and wine service.

Responsibilities

Uphold a high level of hospitality and professionalism with every guest and team member.
Maintain thorough knowledge of all offerings to confidently answer questions.
Follow all steps of service with consistency and attention to detail.
Execute opening and closing procedures for the station.
