Responsibilities

• Provide warm, polished, and professional hospitality to every guest.
• Build genuine rapport with guests while maintaining table awareness and pacing.
• Develop working knowledge of food, wine, cocktails, and other beverages.
• Confidently guide guests through the menu and make recommendations.
• Take accurate orders and communicate clearly to kitchen and bar.
