Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a professional Food Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences in our luxury resort and casino. You will greet guests, take orders, explain menus, and coordinate with kitchen and bartenders to ensure timely service.

This role requires attentiveness, strong communication, knowledge of wine and beverages, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a server in an upscale restaurant or luxury hospitality setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of wine and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor and escort them to their tables.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, respond to guest requests, and upsell beverages and menu items.
• Demonstrate menu knowledge, including ingredients and daily specials, to assist guests in making informed choices.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and verify legal drinking age where applicable.
