Job summary

Hilton Houston Westchase is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver attentive service in our hotel restaurant, lounge, or room service operations. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction in a refined, welcoming environment that reflects the Hilton brand.

One to two years in food and beverage or hotel service is preferred. Certifications like Food Handler or ServSafe, and TX TABC/RVSP where applicable, are advantageous for this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience with professionalism.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly with proper presentation.
• Monitor tables, anticipate guest needs, and respond to requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and reset tables between guests.
• Process payments accurately and handle inquiries gracefully.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth service during peak hours and events.
• Uphold health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
