Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server in a hotel or upscale restaurant is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and present menus with recommendations.
• Take accurate orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages and check guest satisfaction.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and communicate with kitchen staff.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training or coursework is a plus
