Job summary

Hilton Houston Westchase is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily service across hotel dining outlets and to lead front-of-house staff with a focus on guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and quality.

Responsibilities include coordinating shifts, maintaining standards, and supporting events while working closely with the Food and Beverage Manager. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with relevant experience and ServSafe/food-handling credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or two years related hotel/food service experience
• Current Food Handler’s certificate or ServSafe certification is required
• Current TX TABC or RVSP (LA) certification is required

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations in dining outlets (restaurants, bars, room service, banquet)
• Lead and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service
• Ensure compliance with brand, health, safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with scheduling, training, and performance feedback for hourly staff
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
• Support special events, group functions, and VIP service as needed
