Job summary

Hilton Houston Westchase is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver attentive dining service in the hotel’s restaurant, lounge, or room service operations. You will take orders, serve meals and drinks, and contribute to a refined guest experience aligned with the brand standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in food and beverage service or hotel settings, with current Food Handler’s/ServSafe and TX/TABC/RVSP certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience or willingness to work in a hotel dining setting.
• Ability to provide attentive, courteous service and multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of health, safety and alcohol service regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience with professionalism.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly with proper presentation to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor tables, offer refills, clear dishes, and respond to requests promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and reset tables, restocking supplies as needed.
• Process payments accurately and handle guest inquiries gracefully.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours and events.
• Uphold health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
