Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year serving experience in a high-volume restaurant operation.
• Excellent guest service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, prompt service to our guests.
• Enter guest orders accurately into Toast (POS system).
• Maintain full knowledge of menu and beverage offerings.
• Personalize the guest experience and accommodate dietary needs.
• Communicate guest requests to culinary staff.
• Perform opening and closing duties and keep areas clean.
• Promote safety and adhere to company policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
