Job summary

Rodizio Grill is seeking a capable management professional for a high-volume dining environment. The role focuses on daily dining room management, coaching staff, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

The manager will oversee opening and closing shifts, coordinate with kitchen, manage reservations, and drive department-specific initiatives. Strong English skills and computer literacy are required; knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

2 year college or equivalent restaurant experience preferred.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English; Spanish encouraged as secondary/primary language.
Must follow food safety standards.
Must lead by example with detail orientation.
Proven work history with some supervision is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Coaching and providing feedback to staff to promote learning.
Opening and closing shift responsibilities with rotating coverage.
Coordinate service across servers, gauchos, server assistants, and bussers.
Handle daily reservations, training meetings, bookkeeping, receiving.
Specialty area responsibilities include focus in Wine & Spirits, Maintenance, Reservations and Sales, Payroll and Accounting, Training and Scheduling, Facility Maintenance, Purchasing and Inventory, Menu and POS management, Marketing support.
Work schedule: 5-day week, 45–55 hours; 2 days off after training.
