Qualifications

• Prior restaurant management or leadership role with a successful history of quality guest service and people development.
• Experience in reviewing financial statements, sales or activity reports to measure productivity and goals.
• Aptitude for coaching, teamwork, and motivating a diverse staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and effective time management while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist management to maintain efficiency and operations of the restaurant.
• Control labor and food costs, manage scheduling and inventory.
• Build guest relationships and handle guest issues as a model of leadership.
• Lead team development, training, and performance coaching.
