Job summary

Stonebridge Country Club in Boca Raton is seeking an experienced Fine Dining Server to join our esteemed Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume, upscale environment and is dedicated to delivering stellar service to members and guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience in fine dining or similar high-end setting.
• Familiarity with Jonas POS System desirable.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including lunch/dinner, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members by name and guests with a friendly manner and provide water; offer menu items and bread when appropriate.
• Assist Members in menu selections; record special requests and deviations.
• Enter orders accurately in POS system; inform kitchen of special instructions; coordinate bar orders.
• Serve courses with proper technique; check satisfaction within two minutes.
• Refresh beverages and clear items at appropriate times; assist with side work and station setup.
• Present bills, verify guest name and process charges per SOP; close out with accuracy.
• Bid farewell by name and maintain eye contact; communicate any complaints to management.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and perform other duties as assigned.
