Woodfield Boca Raton is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the food & beverage team, exceed guest expectations, and uphold the highest service standards. You will supervise and train staff, manage dining room presentation, and drive sales while controlling costs.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of supervisory experience in upscale venues, strong communication and computer skills, and may have a hospitality or management degree or relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years supervisory experience in upscale restaurant.
• Flexible schedule and availability 5–6 days per week.
• Excellent communication and written/verbal skills.
• Hospitality or management degree (or relevant experience).
• Knowledge of JONAS preferred.

Job description

Woodfield Boca Raton isadding to it's Food & Beverage management team. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for exceeding all member and guest expectations. Our candidate will assure the highest standards of service are met including dining room appearance, hospitality of service staff, as well as the cleanliness of food and beverage facilities. and will provide supervision and training to staff. The manager will be responsible for the supervision and training of staff, developing and implementing programs to increase sales within the restaurants and will implement controls to ensure that budgeted food, labor, supplies and other cost goals are maintained.

Our ideal candidate must have 3-4 years of supervisory/management experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant, within a country club or hotel, with strong customer service, communication and organizational skills. Must have excellent communication and computer skills, knowledge of JONAS preferred. Candidate must have a flexible schedule, available to work 5-6 days per week, including afternoons, evenings, holidays and weekends.
