The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) is hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume, upscale dining concept. You will oversee floor operations, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining P&L goals.

The role requires 3+ years as a floor manager, strong leadership, passion for fresh ingredients, and a collaborative FOH/BOH approach. We offer competitive pay, quarterly bonuses, and a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a floor manager in a high-volume upscale restaurant.
• Passion for fresh, local ingredients and community engagement to procure quality products.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to deliver memorable guest experiences.

• Set the tone for guest experience by leading a positive, collaborative team environment.
• Oversee food, drink, and service quality and dining experience, with focus on seafood and raw bar offerings.
• Analyze financials, prepare budgets, monitor variances, and implement corrective actions.
