Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of upscale / fine dining restaurant management experience.
• Extensive front of house knowledge; advanced knowledge of financial aspects.

Responsibilities

• Ensures excellence in guest satisfaction through a hands-on, lead-by-example management style.
• Manages cost control and labor through effective leadership and team motivation.
• Inspects the establishment for compliance with health, safety and liquor regulations.
• Ensures accuracy of daily sales summaries, petty cash and payroll records.
