Mastro’s Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead and develop staff, and maintain exceptional guest experiences at our upscale venue. You will drive service standards, manage FOH teams, and ensure quality in food and overall performance while upholding brand touchpoints across the dining room.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, financial acumen, labor control, and regulatory compliance to sustain a premium guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of upscale / fine dining restaurant management experience.
• Extensive front of house knowledge; Advanced knowledge of financial aspects.

Responsibilities

• Ensures excellence in guest satisfaction through a hands-on, lead-by-example management style.
• Motivates employees to ensure cost control and labor management.
• Inspects establishment to ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Ensures paperwork accuracy such as daily sales summaries and payroll records.
