Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Restaurant Manager for a renowned, high-volume steakhouse in Virginia. You will lead daily operations, mentor a team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience in a polished, guest-focused setting.

We offer a competitive base salary of $70,000–$78,000 plus a performance-based bonus, healthcare, PTO, 401(k), and clear career growth opportunities within a respected restaurant group. Evening and weekend availability is expected.
