Beauport Hospitality Group is hiring for an entry-level full-service restaurant role in Gloucester, MA. The position is part-time, with nights and weekends required. Candidates should have 1+ year in upscale restaurant settings and some Food & Beverage experience.

You will set up and clear tables, stock stations, and assist servers to ensure guest satisfaction. The role involves standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working with POS systems.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and clear tables, stock stations, assist servers with service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Clear dirty tables and prepare for resetting.
• Reset all service ware per seating.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods.
• Serve guests with water and replenish as needed.
• Complete designated side work efficiently.
• Practice cleanliness and safety in dining areas, liquor and wine storage areas.
• Transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area for cleaning.
• Participate in daily staff meetings and training sessions.
• Assist team members to promote teamwork.
