Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 8 hours
• Walk/stand approx. 90% of shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Working knowledge of Food & Beverage service
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Adhere to safety requirements
• English communication required; second language desirable
• Base wage of $11/hr plus tips; total compensation typically $16–$19/hr

Responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables; stock service stations and assist servers
• Clear dirty tables quickly and reset for seating
• Reset service-ware per table seating
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for meals
• Serve guests with water and replenish as needed
• Complete designated side work efficiently
• Practice cleanliness and safety in dining and liquor areas
• Transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
• Participate in daily staff and training meetings
• Assist team members to promote teamwork
