Job summary

Ability to obtain state and local government certifications (e.g., food handlers, alcohol training).

Responsibilities

Take orders, relate with guests, and deliver items efficiently.
Ensure guest satisfaction with beverages and meals with high-quality service.
Comply with Auberge Resorts Collection standards and upsell unique menu items.
Input orders into the POS system accurately and handle billing.
Operate, maintain, and clean restaurant equipment and fittings.
Keep the restaurant tidy and follow safe food handling procedures.
