Job summary

Chateau Elan Winery & Resort in Braselton, GA is seeking a Bartender to provide hospitable service at our on-site bar. You will stock, garnish, mix drinks, and handle guest orders with accuracy, while ensuring compliance with state and company policies.

Qualifications

Hotel experience preferred.
Must communicate well with guests.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of alcoholic beverages.
Basic mathematical skills to operate a cash register, make change, total checks, count bank, and prepare cash drops.

Responsibilities

Maintain proper set-up of the bar daily, stock beer, wine, spirits, garnishes, and paper goods.
Greet guests, take and document drink orders, mix and garnish drinks using standard recipes.
Input orders into POS, generate checks, process payments, balance cash and vouchers.
Lock and store equipment, deposits, and cash; follow attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
