Job summary

Fontainebleau Miami Beach is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional guest service in our high-volume restaurant. You will work with the Assistant Server and the Food Server to ensure smooth service, correct station setup, and a welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities include taking and delivering orders, entering orders into the system, preparing checks, and supporting colleagues during busy periods while upholding sanitation standards and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume restaurant operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, spirits and basic service standards.

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guests and ensure correct and prompt delivery.
• Enter orders into the computer system to request food preparation.
• Prepare checks and deliver to guests when finished.
• Assist in station setup and keep it clean and organized.
• Support other team members and maintain professional guest interactions.
• Follow cash, credit card, and room charge procedures and check controls.
