Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a courteous Food Server to deliver upscale dining experiences in our luxury resort and casino. You will guide guests through the menu, provide wine and beverage recommendations, and collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely, elegant service.

Ideal candidates will have experience in luxury hospitality, a strong focus on guest satisfaction, and a professional appearance. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a server in an upscale restaurant or luxury hospitality setting preferred.
• Knowledge of wine and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and grooming standards.
• Basic math skills for accurate ordering and billing.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and escort to tables, creating a positive first impression.
• Provide attentive, personalized service and take orders accurately.
