Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Experience in an upscale restaurant or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor and escort them to tables.
• Take orders accurately and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Demonstrate in-depth menu knowledge, including ingredients and daily specials.
• Offer beverage, appetizer, main course, and dessert recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals.
• Communicate special requests, allergies, or dietary restrictions to the kitchen team.
• Present bills accurately and handle payments securely while maintaining top-notch service.
• Work closely with kitchen, bartenders, and other servers to ensure seamless service.
