Stonebridge Communities, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for the St. Paul, MN area. This role supports the Community Manager with leasing, operations and resident relations at River Crossing, a upscale multifamily community.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a multifamily or hospitality setting.
• Strong sales and leasing capabilities with customer service focus.
• 1–3 years of work experience in multifamily property management/hospitality.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager to supervise and monitor daily Community operations
• Assist the Community Manager to Improve and maintain occupancy
• Assist in Manage all leasing and administrative operations
• Assist in hiring and supervising all on-site leasing and maintenance/field staff
• Assist in handling current residents and former resident complaints
• Understand and comply with Fair Housing laws and standards and employment and safety laws
• Assist in Accomplishing set financial objectives for the Community
• Assist in Improving and maintaining curb appeal and Community appearance
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
