Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily leasing experience.
• Lease-up and sales experience required with strong closing performance.
• Experience managing the full leasing cycle independently.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with RentCafe and Yardi is required; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads across phone, text, and email.
• Maintain consistent follow-up cadence throughout the prospect journey.
• Schedule tours and manage appointment pipeline.
• Drive urgency and engagement through strong lead management practices.
• Lead leasing efforts for new community openings and drive momentum through stabilization.
