Job summary

Stonebridge Communities, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Consultant to interact with prospective and current residents at the River Crossing community in St. Paul, MN.

The role requires strong communication, a sales mindset, and the ability to manage leasing processes from inquiry through move-in. You will conduct tours, verify availability, process applications and paperwork, and assist with renewals while supporting marketing efforts to fill units.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Property Management or Hotel Management.
• Evenings and weekends availability.
• Sales and leasing experience in upscale market rate leasing.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone and email inquiries from prospective residents.
• Meet with prospects and check unit availability.
• Show apartments and explain amenities; use closing methods to secure leasing.
• Collect information, complete paperwork and entry, process rent and deposits.
• Assist with move-in process and file maintenance for residents.
• Assist with marketing efforts to attract residents.
• Handle service calls and write work orders; ensure resident satisfaction.
• Greet visitors and answer external calls.
• Other duties as assigned.
