Stonebridge Communities LLC in St. Paul, MN seeks an experienced, outgoing, self-motivated individual to join our team as an on-site Community Leasing & Operations Assistant.

You will support the Community Manager in daily operations, leasing, and staff oversight to maintain occupancy and excellent resident service. The role requires strong supervisory and customer service skills, adherence to Fair Housing and safety regulations, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• 3 years of work experience in multifamily property management/hospitality.
• Ability to supervise and manage leasing operations.
• Strong customer service and follow-through.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager to supervise and monitor daily community operations.
• Assist in improving and maintaining occupancy.
• Assist in leasing and administrative operations.
• Assist in hiring and supervising on-site leasing and maintenance staff.
• Assist in handling current residents and former resident complaints.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and employment and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Assist in achieving financial objectives (collections, delinquencies, etc.).
• Contribute to curb appeal and community appearance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
