The Club at Quail Ridge in Boynton Beach, FL invites an experienced Server to join our Food & Beverage team. You will deliver attentive, personalized service to members and guests, demonstrating upscale dining standards and a guest-focused approach.

You will act as an ambassador of Quail Ridge, building genuine relationships, anticipating needs, and maintaining a warm, discreet and professional presence throughout service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of serving experience in upscale, private club, hotel, or fine dining environments.
• Strong knowledge of professional dining room service and hospitality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop genuine relationships with members and guests.
• Professional, polished, and approachable demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to remain calm, gracious, and solution-oriented under pressure.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Food safety and alcohol-service certifications are preferred or may be required.

Responsabilités

• Handle member requests, concerns, and special occasions with professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished appearance and service environment.
• Follow all club policies, sanitation standards, and responsible alcohol-service requirements.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and support during busy periods.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion when interacting with members and guests.
