Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Server 1 to deliver exceptional food and beverage service to members and guests at our private clubs. You will apply the three steps of service—warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells—while supporting dining operations and assisting teammates as needed.

The role emphasizes staying knowledgeable about the menu, features, and daily specials, greeting members by name, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced club environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage service is required.
• Strong communication skills with guests and team members.
• Able to follow instructions and work with team to ensure smooth service.
• Comfortable handling busy dining room and adapting to guest needs.
• Willingness to complete required training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide food and beverage service to members and guests in a timely manner.
• Maintain high service standards and knowledge of the menu and features.
• Greet guests by name and ensure a welcoming experience.
• Assist teammates to ensure a seamless guest experience.
