As a member of a high-caliber service team, you will anticipate needs, coordinate with culinary and bartending staff, and maintain a polished, discreet presence during evenings, weekends, and special events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of serving experience in upscale, private club, hotel, or high-end hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of professional dining room service and hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced, polished, and service-oriented Server to join our Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for hospitality, understands the standards of upscale dining, and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, personalized service.

Our servers are ambassadors of Quail Ridge. They build relationships with members, anticipate their needs, and consistently deliver an elevated dining experience while maintaining a warm and welcoming approach.

Key Responsibilities/ Essential Functions

• Provide professional, attentive, and personalized service to members and their guests.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of food, beverage, menus, daily features, and service standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of serving experience in upscale, fine dining, private club, hotel, or high-end hospitality environments.
• Strong knowledge of professional dining room service and hospitality standards.
